USB ISP Programmer Version 2.0

A USBasp in-circuit serial programming adapter is used to install bootloaders and software on common AVR microcontrollers. This module has an SCK option that allows it to work with controller boards that have a clock speed of less than 1.5MHz.
USBasp programmer with a 10-pin ISP connection provides the interface to the microcontroller at a programming speed of 5KB/sec.

It consists of an ATMega8 and a few passive components. The programmer employs a firmware-only USB driver and does not require a specific USB controller, making it a low-cost USB programmer. 
The programmer is USB-powered and may be used on laptops. Windows Vista and Windows 7 are both supported by the software. Programming is fast and does not require external power.
