Please ensure all components remain in their original anti-static packaging and have not been soldered or modified to qualify for an exchange.

Log into your MakerBazar account and navigate to your order history to submit a return request or contact our support team with your order ID within 7 days of delivery.
Technical Verification
Provide clear photos or a short video demonstrating the technical fault or damage to help our engineers verify the issue and expedite your approval.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all wires, connectors, and documentation, to prevent damage during return transit.
Refund or Replacement
After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned components, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
